¶ How to create a ticket to Hydra
1. Log in to https://hydra.gsu.edu/ using your GSU campus id and password. Once you log in you will see this page as displayed below:
2. Select the “Projects” on the top of the page. You will see the list of your projects. Click on the project you want to submit the ticket for. You will see the project name displayed and its overview as shown below.
3. Select “Issues” to create a new ticket. Select “New issue” on the right side of the page to create a new issue.
4. On the “Assignee” select “arctic_developers” and select the “Create” button to create the new ticket.
