If your Stage One Transfer is completed but Stage Two Transfer failed or cancelled.
- Log in to https://www.globus.org/ using your GSU credentials.
- See the id of the Stage Two activity that was cancelled or failed.

- Go to the file manager.
- Select NVME-ARCTIC and your campusid as shown on figure.
- Click on "Transfer or Sync to".
- Select your Globus Connect Personal collection if you are starting transfer to your personal computer or "ARCTIC-SCRATCH" if you are transferring to scratch on other side.

- Select the id from the NVME-ARCTIC list for the transfer you want to resume.
- Go into the folder of that given id.
- Click on "Start" button below the "NVME-ARCTIC" collection to start the transfer.
